For seven years, I served as General Manager of Paper Giant, one of Australia's leading strategic design consultancies. I scaled the practice from under $500K to $8M in revenue, built a team of 45+ researchers, designers and strategists, and led hundreds of engagements across government, health, and the private sector. Our work earned multiple Good Design Award wins, including projects with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and Bank Australia.
