Summary

As Acting CEO of YLab, a youth-led social impact consultancy spun out of the Foundation for Young Australians, I led the organisation through a significant leadership transition, securing strong forward revenue visibility and delivering a new four-year strategy. During my tenure, YLab was recognised with the Good Design Award of the Year 2025 for Deadly Democracy, and the Premier's Design Award 2025 for Plan for Victoria.

Secured 70% forward revenue visibility for 2026 and 40% for 2027 through a period of structural transition.

Supported the recruitment and onboarding of incoming co-CEOs, strengthening the leadership team for the next chapter.

eSafety Commission, Australian Electoral Commission, State Library of Queensland, City of Melbourne, CSIRO, Foundation for Young Australians.

❋ Method

Youth-led, trauma-informed, and always participatory. Every engagement centred the voices of those most affected — young people, lived experience communities, and First Nations groups.
